Note: References are made to course handouts; they are accessible here.  When I tell you to complete something like “Ross Lesson 3,” that means to do *everything* I have listed below IBH Lesson 3–memory work, looking at course handouts, and written assignments.

IBH Lesson 1

Memorization: Hebrew Alphabet (pronunciation of letters; names of letters; order; how to write letters; see my Handout called “Alphabet and Transliteration”)

IBH Lesson 9

Memorization:  [1] Vocab Lesson 9.  [2] Be able to reproduce the 4 standard noun/adj endings (ms, fs, mp, fp)–you’ve already learned this! [3] Know how to classify and identify the 3 uses of the adjective in Hebrew.  [4] Memorize the Historical Vowel Chart (p.83).  Note:  this is different from the “Simplified Vowel Chart,” but it’s the one that we will be referring to for the rest of the course as we discuss vowel changes in the language. [5] NOTE: For your quiz there will be a “review” vocab section for earlier chapters, so make sure you review vocab from prior Lessons.

IBH Lesson 12

IBH Lesson 14
